ERA’s Key Executive Officer Eugene Lim Appointed President of Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA)

SINGAPORE, 25 August 2025 – The Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) has announced its newly elected Executive Council for the 2025–2027 term, following its Annual General Meeting on 22 August. ERA Realty Network’s Key Executive Officer (KEO), Mr Eugene Lim, has been appointed as the new President of SEAA, marking a significant milestone for both ERA and the real estate industry.
Lim succeeds in leading the council at a pivotal time for the industry, as SEAA prepares to officially rebrand as the Singapore Institute of Estate Agents (SIEA) on 1 October 2025.
As President, Lim will lead the Executive Council in deepening collaboration with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) and other government stakeholders to:
- Represent the industry in shaping public policy and property-related legislation.
- Provide ground-up, objective feedback on issues faced by property agencies, agents, and consumers.
- Advocate the use of technology and AI to enhance professionalism and consumer trust.
- Drive collaboration across the real estate ecosystem to strengthen integrity and resilience.
“Our mission is to uphold integrity, raise professional standards, and ensure that the real estate industry remains relevant and future-ready,” said Lim. “I am honoured to be entrusted with this role and look forward to working closely with my fellow council members, industry leaders, and regulators to advance the interests of agents and consumers alike.”
The newly elected executive council is supported by a diverse group of council members representing leading agencies and firms across Singapore’s real estate sector. SEAA aims to evolve with the needs of the industry while empowering agents, safeguarding consumer interests, and building stronger partnerships with stakeholders.
